The Dining Room offers flavour-driven, ingredient-led dishes that showcase the very best of British produce and cuisine. Under the direction of chef Mike Harrington, the menu frequently changes, highlighting the freshest ingredients with a focus on day boat seafood from Flying Seafood and Wright Brothers, and heritage meats from Swaledale Butchers.
Open from 6pm Wednesday - Saturday. When making a reservation please make sure to select ‘Dining Room’ as the area you want to book. If no tables are available it will not be visible as an option to book.
