Since we opened it’s always been our plan to launch our upstairs dining room as a standalone dining space, and we’re pleased to say from 1st November we will be!

The Dining Room will offer flavour-driven, ingredient-led dishes that showcase the very best of British cuisine. The menu will change daily, highlighting the freshest ingredients with a focus on day boat seafood from Wright Brothers and heritage meats from Swaledale Butchers. These high-quality ingredients are treated with respect, using classical cooking techniques to ensure the produce remains the star of the show
