The Dining Room offers flavour-driven, ingredient-led dishes that showcase the very best of British produce and cuisine. Under the direction of chef Mike Harrington, the menu frequently changes, highlighting the freshest ingredients with a focus on day boat seafood from Flying Seafood and Wright Brothers, and heritage meats from Swaledale Butchers.
